You deserve a RealtorŪ you can trust. One who knows the inside track about mountain living, mountain homes and the mountain communities of Conifer, Bailey, Morrison, Lookout Mountain and (of course) Evergreen. Larrie's about service first and foremost, and he states, "I'm in the real estate business because it's a service. My objective is for people to be pleased by my performance."

Larrie Horne came to the Evergreen area in 1976, and he's called this mountain haven his home ever since. "This is the best place I've ever lived," claims the well-traveled RealtorŪ. "The climate is perfect, and the cross section of people enrich the mountain living experience. There are ranchers, retailers, service people, artisans and creative talents that enrich the environment and culture that is core to our communities." As a former volunteer on the Evergreen Fire Department, Larrie knows firsthand that "Evergreen has one of the best fire department in the state. The training and equipment are top-notch."

Larrie's first job in the mountain area was driving a school bus, and he became very familiar with the back roads, sub divisions and individual character of our mountain communities. Bringing his business background and love of people together, real estate was the perfect vocation for Larrie. His motto is simple: "It's all about people. I place more importance on the person than the dollar."
